Poetry

I bid you goodnight;
feel no need to
care.

You’re fine without
me;
no sadness you’ll
dare.

I’ve heard enough of
these heartfelt
excuses.

The sun and moon
require
distance
to
remain muses.

You’ll miss me and
I’ll be cool,
but

remember
who’s the gem,
for I’m the
mule.

Margie, the PALs are perfect. You essentially did most of the work for something I wanted to do anyway, sharing the high-quality work of others who aren't yet weighted by the algorithm. Others can feel free to make their own lists if they prefer, but I'd recommend to anyone they share these.

Followed because I liked your bio, then really enjoyed this piece. You interweave facts with opinions very well 😁

I love the idea of AR, but don't feel I would want to use it.

Kind of like driving.

But just so you know, the Medium audio narrator doesn't treat ellipses too nicely. It literally reads them out 'dot dot dot'. Which is unfortunate, because they add a whole other layer to understanding an author's tone.

Either way, great read, thanks for sharing!
