The real problem for a few months I think was I'd been playing video games before bed.
I'm not much of a gamer to begin with, but James bought Hogwarts, and I wanted to beat it through once. I'm almost done it now, but honestly, once I became too overpowered against enemies and learned the layout of the school mostly by heart, it became less entertaining, and magical feeling, and now I'm not so much in a rush to get back to it.
Reading before bed is the new order of the day. I've been reading more in general since I got the ring light, now that I can actually see in my room.
I hope you also manage to get some decent sleep with everything going on. It's when most healing happens in the body and mind.
I might also try CBD capsules someday.
