I don't think you're too far off.

I believe movements of equality shouldn't be based on separation. The moment a group of people can't simply be referred to as 'people', is the moment they are set apart. Both great and horrible things have happened to all kind of humans for many thousands of years. How many movements are there dedicated to celebrating the history of all humans as a whole? We lack unity, because we refuse to consider each other as one unit. We don't even actually need recognition, we only need healing. Instead, there's an entire month dedicated to setting black people apart, and labelling them - on an official level - 'black' people. The very culture of "blackness" is focused on not being part of a whole, or being at most, one extremity of a whole, a state which is then made precious and sacred. As a bonus, this month repeatedly brings up a painful past, an energy efficient way of propagating the chaos wrought from -old - suffering. Chaos breeds more chaos, and so forth.

Before people of different colors ever met, they all were just people to each other. All we need now is to normalize this view again that people are people. We are all similar, we are all different, and we all share this plane of existence together. These are no longer the tribal days of our species, we don't need to be fearful of the mildly unfamiliar in other groups of people.

At minimum, the youngest generation is easily programmed in any possible direction. As people get older, it becomes more difficult to gain true change from them, unless they can be made to want it for themselves (without resorting to negative energy, for that always comes back another way). It's best not to hope for it to happen overnight, yet every step in the right direction means a new and improved future, and every step counts.

I am grateful to have come by this thought provoking article of yours this day. Thank you for sharing with us your mind.
