I have to say, I'm infinitely grateful for our building owner and the superintendent. Most issues get fixed pretty quickly, and they never complain about it. That said, we'll let most problems slide for months before calling too. 😂 Haven't been able to use one of the power outlets by the kitchen since last year, and our bathroom door doesn't lock, which was uncomfortable for a guest once. But we barely ever have anyone over.
One fix-it guy set a fire on the stovetop we never use once (it was dirty inside from someone who lived here before me) to make a point, and he's received plenty of complaints himself, but that's about all.
I think I know your story moves in a positive direction this summer, and look forward to seeing how. 💗
