I'll definitely be adding one of these clickable tables of content to the final version, but I can only get them to work on desktop. As for the 30 seconds rule, I really never cared for the empty stats. But helping people find what they need faster is always a good policy in my eyes. Which is why it's funny I've taken so long to do it...
