I'm not an expert, having only read a few articles and the first 20 pages of The Tibetan Book of the Dead, but this appears a very helpful article 😊😊
I guess there are a few ways to see meditation, from this angle of Buddhism and other spiritualities to the more neurological level, but they all come down to a similar conclusion that meditation is good for moving forward and rising up as a being.
