It's funny, because I absolutely supported the content in several of their/its articles, and used to give thanks in their comments section! This point came up between myself and one of the commentors on my piece, and I added it into the official story.

There's a problem I've recently been working out within me, between truth and practicality. And I believe natural reality is pure, but fail to prove machines aren't natural, since it's only natural that we built them.

So if I had to justify blocking their account, the real reason would be the highlighting. It's spammy, doesn't help me know what my readers enjoy, and gets in the way when I'm highlighting other writers' articles.

Your perspective is a respectable one.
