I’ve done this kind of thing before, without realizing it right away. It’s deep rooted, we massively need to focus on the younger generations, and Hollywood has a gigantic role to play. Schools too. Basically all the elite run institutions that raise kids more than their own parents (who were also processed through a different version of the same system).
