My discomfort towards doing this prompt makes me wonder what I'll write. Thank you for sharing your story, and those really were some opposite reactions to the mass shootings between the countries. I feel sympathy for the US citizens who wish this wasn't something they had to fear. 🙏

Most Canadians are also relieved it's not something we need to worry about.
