This. If only Hollywood displayed this behaviour everywhere, instead of constantly pushing punishment and revenge, or if our prison systems actually cared to rehabilitate criminals, instead of scarring them further... but these institutions weren't created out of concern for raising better people.

Every troubled person I've ever met had problems with self-esteem.

I once shut down a prolific troll for a few days by asking them to name five things they loved about themselves... never figured out if that was overly harsh. Or the harshest...

But love is healthy for everyone. We need it desperately. Especially those who deny it.
